Design Week Birmingham and the Birmingham Museum of Art welcome Natalie Chanin of Alabama Chanin for a lecture on mid-century modern design.
Before the lecture, the exhibition David Puxley: Wedgwood’s First Studio Potter will be open for viewing from 5-6pm. Following the lecture, join us for a reception from 7-8:30pm.
The Hiden Lecture Series was begun in 1987 to honor Robert Graves Hiden, a Birmingham native and internationally known interior designer who was also a gifted artist, photographer, and amateur architect. This series is dedicated to educate and stimulate discussion in the fine and decorative arts.
